About FlexWorld
OfficeRnD’s FlexWorld is an event dedicated to the opportunities and challenges of the coworking and flex space industry and hybrid work. In 2022, the focus of the FlexWorld conference shifted towards the cross-section between coworking spaces and hybrid companies. We dived deeper into the role of the office as a cultural and collaborative hub. We also looked for the engagement tools that simplify cross-team collaboration and how these tools give people everything they need to thrive in the workplace of the future. FlexWorld 2022 opened the doors to the secrets behind effective hybrid workplace management and development and how those link to employee experience, knowledge sharing and collaboration in the new hybrid environments.
